Artist Kirsty Greenwood used a piece of her marbling work as a starting point for this ethereal pattern. Inspired by myths, legends and fairy tales she picked out patterns from the marbled base such as faces, creatures and body parts to create this organic, free flowing design.‘Metamorphasis’ is screen printed onto a heavy, unbleached linen union. This linen-cotton blend exhibits occasional slubs and imperfections which add to the tactile nature of the fabric. The linen is combined with metallic accents and bright inks to add depth and interest to the design. Lead time is 3-4 weeks.
