How much does shipping cost?
Shipping starts at $75. All James Crossing product is print to order — the estimated shipping time is 3–4 weeks for fabric and 5–7 weeks for wallpaper. You'll be sent a tracking code as soon as your order ships.
Can I return wallpaper?
No. James Crossing product is print to order and as such, returns are not accepted.
What's the best way to measure?
We highly recommend having a professional wallpaper installer measure your space and tell you how much to order.
Measure twice, order once — every piece is made to order. Enter your wall dimensions into our wallpaper calculator (or your project into the fabric calculator) and it'll tell you how much you need, with extra built in for pattern matching. When in doubt, round up and order in one go so everything comes from the same print run and the colours match perfectly.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes. Designers, builders, and installers ordering regularly can apply to our Trade Program for pricing and unlimited free samples. It takes about a minute to sign up. For large or commercial orders, request a quote and we'll take care of you.
How do I care for wallpaper?
Our non-woven wallpapers just need gentle care — a light dusting or a wipe with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Skip harsh cleaners and scrubbing. Specific care notes are on each product page, since matte, glossy, and shimmer finishes behave a little differently.
Can I request a custom design?
Tell us the pattern you love and what you'd like to change — scale, colour, or material — via our customization request. Since every artist works differently, we'll come back with the options, cost, and lead time. Made-to-order pieces typically run 6–8 weeks.
