Find answers about ordering, installing, and caring for your wallpaper.
How much does shipping cost?
Samples always ship free, and you can upgrade to express delivery for $20 at checkout if you need them quickly. Shipping on single rolls and metres starts at $75, some of our products ship free once you reach a set quantity, and your final shipping cost is worked out at checkout.
Everything is printed to order, so timing varies by product and artist. Fabric typically ships in about three to four weeks and wallpaper in about five to seven. We ship to Canada and the US; if you're somewhere else, please get in touch and we'll see what we can arrange. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Can I return wallpaper?
All sales are final. Every wallpaper and fabric is printed to order just for you, so we can't accept returns. If your order arrives damaged, email info@jamescrossing.ca within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll review your claim, and once it's approved we'll exchange the item for the same product. We always suggest ordering a sample first to check colour and scale.
What's the best way to measure?
We highly recommend having a professional wallpaper installer measure your space and tell you how much to order.
For a quick estimate, enter your wall dimensions into the wallpaper calculator on any wallpaper page. It will tell you how many rolls you need, with extra built in for pattern matching. For fabric, give your upholsterer or seamstress the fabric width and pattern repeat, or email us your measurements and we'll help. When in doubt, round up and order everything at once so it all comes from the same print run and the colours match.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes. Designers, builders and installers who order regularly can apply to our Trade Program for trade pricing and unlimited free samples. Applying takes about a minute, and we'll review your application within 24 to 48 hours. For large or commercial orders, request a quote and we'll take care of you.
How do I care for wallpaper?
Our non-woven wallpapers just need gentle care — a light dusting or a wipe with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Skip harsh cleaners and scrubbing. Specific care notes are on each product page, since matte, glossy, and shimmer finishes behave a little differently.
Can I request a custom design?
Tell us the pattern you love and what you'd like to change, whether that's scale, colour or material, by emailing info@jamescrossing.ca or using our contact form. Every artist works a little differently, so we'll come back to you with the options, the cost and the timing for your piece.
