Rita Does Jazz Velvet

‘Rita Does Jazz’ is a graffiti-like abstract painting inspired by artist Sarah Thornton’s late mother. With her mother’s love of jazz in mind Sarah sketched out a vibrant, rhythmical pattern using a mix of black markers, pens, water colour and wax crayons. Her work was then transposed to a luxurious, heavyweight cotton velvet which drapes beautifully and works well when used as upholstery for chairs or sofas.  Lead time is 3-4 weeks.
