FAQ
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order size, and samples always ship free. Because every piece is made to order, fabric typically ships in about 3–4 weeks and wallpaper in about 5–7 weeks. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Can I return my order?
As every wallpaper and fabric is printed to order specifically for you, we're unable to accept returns on made-to-order items. We strongly recommend ordering a sample first to check the colour and scale in your space before committing.
How much do I need, and how do I measure?
For wallpaper, measure the width and height of each wall and add about 10% for pattern repeat and trimming. For fabric, measure your window drop or furniture and allow for the pattern repeat. Use our sample and calculator tools, or contact us and we'll work it out with you.
Do you offer trade or bulk pricing?
Yes. Interior designers and trade clients receive trade pricing and unlimited samples through our Trade Program, and we're glad to quote larger or commercial orders. Get in touch and we'll set you up.
How do I care for my wallpaper or fabric?
Care depends on the material. Most of our wallpapers can be gently wiped with a soft, dry cloth, and fabrics vary by substrate — full care instructions are listed on every product page.
Can I request a custom design, colour, or material?
Often, yes. Many patterns can be customised in scale, colourway, or material — including Type II commercial vinyl for contract projects. Contact us with your project and we'll explore the options.
