How much does shipping cost?
Shipping depends on order size and destination, and trade samples always ship free. Because everything is printed to order, allow roughly five to seven weeks for wallpaper and three to four weeks for fabric — lead times are shown clearly at checkout.
Can I return wallpaper?
Wallpaper and fabric are printed to order, so orders aren't returnable — order free samples first to confirm colour and scale for your client.
What's the best way to measure?
We always recommend having a professional installer measure the space — they'll tell you exactly how much to order. If you're installing yourself, use the wallpaper calculator on each product page; send us your dimensions and we're happy to give feedback, but we can't guarantee quantities since we're not in the room.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Trade pricing already applies to your whole account; for larger project quantities, contact us for a project quote.
How do I care for wallpaper?
Each design ships with care guidance; most of our non-woven papers are wipeable, and Type II vinyl is available for high-traffic or commercial installs.
Can I request a custom design?
Yes — recolour, rescale or change the substrate on most patterns. Send us the design and your client's brief.
