Spicewood Linen Fabric by Parker and Jules
Spicewood linen fabric by Parker and Jules is a folkloric fantasy drawn from woodland and myth. Toadstools and foxgloves are deliberately mismatched in scale, so little mushrooms sit beside towering blooms while ladybirds and wildflowers peek out from the undergrowth. The result is storybook charm with a grown-up, painterly finish.
Spicewood comes in three colourways. Chocolate is a deep cocoa ground that feels rich and enveloping, Fallow is a soft oatmeal that lets the woodland motifs glow, and Hunter is a dark forest green with an heirloom feel. It is lovely for curtains, Roman blinds, cushions and slipper chairs, and it pairs beautifully with the matching Spicewood wallpaper for a room that feels wrapped in the forest.
Every Parker and Jules fabric is printed to order on oyster linen. Heavy linen and recycled velvet can be special ordered, so if you would like Spicewood on a different cloth, or need help with quantities, email info@jamescrossing.ca and we will arrange it with the studio. Because each metre is printed for you, all sales are final, so we always recommend ordering a sample first.
Shipping Note: Parker & Jules fabric ships for $125 for the first metre plus $10 for each additional metre, up to $215 for ten metres or more. There is a three metre minimum order or an additional $100 shipping charge is applied. Samples ship free and do not count toward the minimum.

Many of our patterns are available as Type II vinyl, fire-rated, and in fabrics tested well above 60,000 double rubs for high-traffic durability. How much does shipping cost?
Swatches always ship free, and express delivery is available at checkout for $20. Shipping on fabric starts at $75 for a single metre, some fabrics ship free once you reach a set quantity, and your final shipping cost is worked out at checkout. Fabric is printed to order, so timing varies by product and artist, but it typically ships in about three to four weeks.
Can I return fabric?
All sales are final. Fabric is printed to order for you, so it can't be returned. If your order arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and once we've reviewed and approved your claim we'll exchange it for the same fabric. Order a swatch first to check the colour, weight and hand.
How much fabric do I need?
Supply your upholsterer or seamstress with the fabric width as well as pattern repeat so that they can advise you on how many metres are required. If you're doing a DIY project, email us with measurements and we'll help you calculate the quantity needed.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
For larger quantities or contract projects, contact us for project pricing — and designers can apply for trade pricing across the full range.
How do I care for fabric?
Each order ships with fabric-specific care guidance; fire-rated and high-durability options are available for commercial and high-traffic use.
Can I request a custom design?
Often, yes — many designs can be recoloured, rescaled or printed on grounds like linen or velvet. Email info@jamescrossing.ca with your brief.
