How much does shipping cost?
Samples always ship free, with an optional $20 express upgrade at checkout. Shipping on single rolls and metres starts at $75, some products ship free once you reach a set quantity, and your final shipping cost is worked out at checkout. We ship to Canada and the US, and we're happy to help if you'd like to ship somewhere else, so just get in touch.
Can I return wallpaper?
All sales are final. Every wallpaper and fabric is printed to order specifically for you, so we’re unable to accept returns. If something arrives damaged or faulty, email info@jamescrossing.ca within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll review your claim, and once it’s approved we’ll exchange the item for the same product. We recommend ordering a sample first to check colour and scale.
What's the best way to measure?
For wallpaper, measure the width and height of each wall and add about 10% for pattern repeat and trimming. For fabric, measure your window drop or furniture and allow for the pattern repeat. Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes. Interior designers and trade clients receive trade pricing and unlimited samples through our Trade Program, and we’re glad to quote larger or commercial orders. Get in touch and we’ll set you up.
How do I care for wallpaper?
Care depends on the material. Most of our wallpapers can be gently wiped with a soft, dry cloth, and fabrics vary by substrate — full care instructions are listed on every product page.
Can I request a custom design?
Often, yes. Many patterns can be customised in scale, colourway, or material — including Type II commercial vinyl for contract projects. Contact us with your project and we’ll explore the options.
